Due to safety and health concerns related to the COVID-19 health emergency, this year’s annual policyholders meeting will be held on June 5, 2020 via a Zoom video conference instead of the WILMIC offices.
The WILMIC annual meeting includes the following agenda items:
- Election of board members to fill four three-year terms.
- 2019 Annual Report of the company.
- Any additional business properly brought to the board.
Any firms with active WILMIC policies are eligible to attend and vote, or vote via the annual WILMIC proxy forms. Proxies were emailed to insured firms in late April.

If you would like to attend the annual policyholder meeting online, we need to hear from you so that we can send you an email invitation shortly before the meeting begins. If you do not wish to attend, your proxy form allows you to be represented and your voting rights exercised.
