From the north, east or south:
From Interstate 90, exit Highway 12 &18 west (the Beltline). Go west 13 miles to the Old Sauk Road exit. Exit right and stay in left turn lanes. At the stoplight, turn left onto Old Sauk Road. Turn right after the third stoplight onto Heartland Trail.

From the southwest:
From Highway 151, exit from the far left lane onto Highway 12 & 18 west (the Beltline). Go west three miles to the Old Sauk Road exit. Exit right and stay in left turn lanes. At the stoplight, turn left onto Old Sauk Road. Turn right after the third stoplight onto Heartland Trail.

From the west:
Take Highway 12 & 18 to the Old Sauk Road exit and exit right. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right on Old Sauk Road. Go west half a mile and turn right after the second stoplight onto Heartland Trail.
