Thomas R. Schumacher is one of the three original shareholders of Bakke Norman, S.C., a small firm based in the northwestern Wisconsin community of Baldwin. He concentrates his practice in commercial real estate and represents several area municipalities with a focus on municipal finances. Schumacher joined the Wisconsin Lawyers Mutual Board in 2000 and serves on both the Executive and Audit committees.
