Anne E. Ross joined the Board in 1987. Ross is managing partner for the Madison office of Foley & Lardner and specializes in business law. Besides working with technology companies and their investors, and tax-exempt organizations, she represents insurance companies. Her experience on regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions of stock and mutual companies, reinsurance transactions and other insurance issues means she understands Wisconsin Lawyers Mutual's business model.
Ross also chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee.
